This week we had some big moments in our family. A Labor Day party, Joshua’s first day of preschool, and my 31st birthday. (Thanks for all those lovely comments on the birthday post, BTW.) So, anyways, here are a few of the photos I captured from this week!

My wonderful hubby got me a new (75mm) lens for my Sony Alpha DSLR-300k for my birthday!! Yay!! What a great present! Here are some of the photos I took in my front yard when I was trying the lens out for the first time.

My neighbor’s tomatoes on our side of the fence. Often I will see squirrels running across the fence carrying a big green tomato! It is a funny sight!
