I know I am a giant nerd, but the simple deals I got at Rite Aid and CVS today make me so happy! I love making money shopping or getting stuff we need for really cheap. Here’s what I got today!
Two 20-packs of Duracell batteries $9.99 each = $19.98
CVS brand crakers $1.50
Total = $21.48
coupons:
-$4/$20 CVS email coupon (I got this last week but didn’t use it, luckily my CVS takes expired CVS q’s for 30 days!)
-$.75 Duracell from 10/10 P&G
-$10 ECB
= $6.73 + $1.01 in tax =$7.74 and I got back 6 ECB! 5 for the Duracell and 1 for using my Green bag tag 4 times! Woot! Since we have trouble keeping up with batteries (even w/ rechargeables) this was a GREAT deal for me! Can’t wait to see what coupons are in the battery packages, too!
Huggies diapers $8.99
Aveeno shampoo $5.99
Nivea body lotion $5.99
total = $20.97
coupons:
-$4/$20 Rite Aid video values printable
-$4 Rite Aid video values Aveeno printable
-$1 Aveeno printable from coupons.com
-$1 any non-prescription purchase Rite Aid video values printable
-$2 Huggies diapers printable from coupons.com
-$2 Huggies Rite Aid video values printable
= $6.97 + 90 cents tax = $7.87 and I got back 8 +UP rewards! 2 for the Huggies, 1 for the Aveeno, and 5 for the Nivea! So, a profit of 13 cents for that! I LOVE getting a profit on diapers!!
So that’s the fun I had at the drugstores today! What did YOU get??
Wow, 30 day expireds accepted is fantastic–so helpful to get great deals, like this one. I would like to invite you to link up your CVS shopping trips each week at Simply CVS.
