Giveaway: $50 credit to Snapfish!

I started using Snapfish in college. Back then, I would package up my rolls of film in the pre-paid Snapfish mailer and ship them off. They’d develop them into lovely prints but the kicker was that they’d ALSO post them online and I could send them to my friends. In the pre-Facebook, pre-scanner days, this was a VERY BIG DEAL!

Snapfish is still going strong, and they’ve got a lot of products that would make great gifts for the holidays. They’ll put pictures on just about anything – from coffee mugs to neckties to boxer shorts! You could probably do all your holiday shopping right from their site. And, of course, they’ve got holiday cards.

Snapfish allowed me to try out their card making software, and it was fun! Here’s what I came up with.

Such cuties!

And here’s where it started to go downhill… I started to get a little punchy with the captions.

As cute as those are, none of the above is what I picked for our actual Christmas card. I didn’t want to give it away! But believe me, it is adorable.

Snapfish has holiday cards for every budget, and now through November 30 they’re offering free shipping on two or more orders of cards. That saved me $8.99! Just use coupon code 2CARDSFS. They also have several other specials going on – make sure to click on their “special offers” page!

  4. i used to send my rolls in the same way!! This year, we are contemplating going to the waiting room of Radiology (yes, you read that correctly!) and snapping a photo for the holiday card. We’ve had quite a fall season and have seen Radiology one too many times πŸ˜€

  5. I am sending Christmas cards this year and would love to use snapfish. I am waiting to print them until we have our ultrasound on Dec. 13th. I plan to include an ultrasound picture along with our family picture announcing the gender of Baby U. #2. Should make the cards more fun for people to read this year πŸ™‚

  6. I’ve thought that I need to get looking into making our Christmas cards on snapfish or where ever I can find the best deal but I actually haven’t sat down to do it yet. This would be the best deal if I won! πŸ™‚

  7. I love Snapfish cards, but this year I may go old school and just print copies of pictures and give them a handwritten card. Sometimes that is just as nice!

  8. We also do photo cards of the kids, using whatever deals we are able to find. Still working on the Christmas letter to go with it!

  9. I have been following you through my “like” on FB, just tweeted this, and realizing I need to figure out what I am doing for Christmas cards. This would be a great win, as Christmas has snuck up on me this year!

  10. Well we are expecting and I had planned on getting a family picture made and using it as a baby announcement.
Our family of 3 will soon become 4
Around May 25th we’ll welcome one more

My husband and I didn’t think we could get pregnant so we adopted 3 years ago and now that we are pregnant at 13 weeks I’ve been put on bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy due to complications so I’m not sure we’ll be able to get the family picture made but I would still love to send out the cards as announcements.

  11. I really NEED to get going on my cards. The past 2 years, I ended up buying cheapo cards and handed them out! I’d rather NOT do that again! LOL!

  12. I usually use Snapfish for my cards, but I don’t get my act together until sometime in early/mid-December, so my cards go out at the last minute. πŸ˜‰
