All three of my kiddos were born during cold weather, and I used a car seat cover with the first two to keep them warm. It worked great but was slightly complicated to put it and remove – requiring you to get under the fabric of the car seat and to install.
So, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how easy to use the CozyUp car seat cover is. Summer Infant sent this to me to review and it works great! It doesn’t have any zippers or straps – it simply fits over the car seat with elastic and it STAYS PUT! We have one of the new larger infant car seats that goes up to 32″ and 35 pounds, and the CozyUp fits it great even though it is a lot bigger than some standard seats. It zips up the front and has a nice-sized opening for baby’s head. AND I love the little pocket on the front – perfect for holding a pacifier.
We took Jonah home from the hospital and to his first doctor’s appointment with the CozyUp on our car seat and I know it’ll serve us well all winter!
