You probably know by now what I dork I am about reading user reviews about everything from car seats to socks. It’s sick, really.   1. Oh I so need this service as I am pregnant with #2 and will have to go back to work and will need some part time help as I do not want to kill my mother will watching them all the time! Great contest ladies!

  3. This is how we found our nanny and we totally LOVE HER!! It is a good idea to give yourself plent of time. We started a few months a head of schedule. I am a big fan of sittercity. Good luck to everyone!

My husband and I have rarely been out since our NINE -month old was born – there’s no family nearby, and we live downtown so there aren’t any babysitting teenagers running up & down our street. Oh oh oh – I hope I win! I never win anything….

  14. I would be THRILLED to win this!! I had a 3 month subscription to another similar site and found an AWESOME babysitter…but she left for college this week!! I have a 1 year old boy and NO local babysitter. Needless to say we were spoiled over the last few months being able to go out for dinner at leisure and know our baby was well taken care of!!

  15. We too also need a babysitter. How come when I was in High school I felt totally capable of watching small children and yet, as a parent, I can’t imagine leaving my kids in the hands of some young neighborhood child. I just hope I can afford to buy my children back at the end of an evening out. Does that disqualify me?

  16. We are in the process of relocating and I signed up for sittercity, but couldn’t bring myself to pay all that money just to find a sitter. I do think it is a great service and if I had the extra cash, I would definately be signing up.
