McCormick is helping us all to get in the holiday spirit by hosting a live Virtual Cookie Swap with author Lauren Chattman. It’s TODAY (December 6th) at 8:00 p.m. EST on their Facebook page. She’ll offer secrets to hosting your own cookie swap and show us how to make some of her favorite recipes.

  8. My favorite cookie is a good old chocolate chip cookie, preferably with walnuts, and more preferably still warm from the oven!

    Things You’ll Need:
    1 box of red velvet cake mix
    1/3 cup of vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    5 tbsp flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup milk
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup butter or crisco
    Cookie cutters

  35. My favorite cookies are mint chocolate chips! Just substitue andes mint chips in place of chocolate chips!

  37. I’m a sucker for pizzelle (especially Anise-flavored). Not just because they are good, but also because I’m not patient enough to make them at home!

  45. My favorite cookie is chocolate chip with walnuts, especially when they first come out of the oven and the chocolate is still melted!
