As you know, Jenny and I are participating in Verizon Wireless’s Midwest Moms campaign. We’ve had fun trying out the Motorola Xoom and Droid Bionic, and now it’s time to let you in on the fun, too!
We’re giving away the latest and greatest in the world of smartphones – the Motorolla Droid RAZR.
Do you see how thin that phone is? It’s 0.27″ thick – the size of four quarters. The case is made out of Kevlar, the stuff that constitutes bullet proof vests, and the screen is made from scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass, which means you’ll shudder a little less when the kids ask to play with your phone! It also has a coating that repels water.
The craziest thing about this phone is that it has “advanced artificial intelligence” that keeps track of how you use the phone and then modifies itself so it runs at peak effectiveness. You can even set it to switch to silent mode automatically when you go certain places, like church, for example.
Of course, it’s also fast – as we’ve told you before, the Verizon 4G LTE network is amazing. It runs up to 10 times faster than 3G!

My first cell phone was a blue Tracfone Samsung…I was the world’s slowest texter since it didn’t have a QWERTY keyboard and I constantly ran out of minutes. I ended up going to Verizon when the dog got a hold of it and chewed the whole thing into bits.

I can’t even remember the first cell phone I had, but it was big and clunky. We got our first one soon after we got married, and that was 14 years ago, if that tells you anything! ๐

My first Mobile phone wa the Nokia N70. Was one of the most sexy phones in the market at the time. After which Ive migrated to a great many different phones including the Razr2 V8 and the Imate Ultimate 6150. Coming back to the N70, It was a brilliant and efficient phone, but frankly I think that my Razr2 was the best. Hope to find its sibling do better.

Hmmm.. A Nokia phone that made phone calls and thats about it lol. I will admit though, it never dropped any calls lol
I can not remember the name of my old cell phone. I got it when I was a college student about 14 years ago. I only used it about 3 or 4 times. I remember I could only use it in very limited areas.
I liked you on facebook.
My first cell phone was a bag phone, and the size of a large tote!
The 1st cell phone I had was in the UK when I was studying there in 2002. I didn’t have much money, so I went to the Orange store and asked for the cheapest phone they had. The guy went in the back and bought out this brick of a phone that was 1/2 the size of my head – then it had a flip out!!! It was a total Zach Morris.

Stopped in Verizon and played around with the NEW Droid Razr 4G LTE. It’s unbelievable the speed on this phone. It puts the Droid X to shame.
Love the new shape, thin compared to the Droid X and the screen is wider. This is truly a smartphone, but than a laptop. This is the phone to have…
I can’t believe my husband spent $3000 for one of the first Motorola “bricks” and then let me use it on weekends.
i dont remeber the brand but it was thru sprint and most definitrly had a pull up antennae and was on the bulky side then i think i went to a nextel ooo how cutting edge!!

The first cell phone I had was in in the 90’s and was even before the flip phone came out. It was so big with the big plastic buttons. It makes me laugh thinking back on it; I almost forgot how far we’ve come.
