I want to marry the Kroger Mega-Event!

DSC02307

Wow, I had a great trip to Kroger this morning! I wanted to get some mega-event items (buy 10 items, get $5 off)  for a church gathering we are having this weekend and stock up on some staples. The trip turned out better than I thought. I got all the stuff pictured above for $36.50!!! I saved 67%. When it all rang up, it came to almost $90 and I nearly had a heart attack. Then, the $20 for the Mega-Event came off and then after my coupons, I had saved over $60. 🙂 WOOHOO! I try to keep my grocery spending under $45/week so I was PUMPED!

The BIG DEAL I got was the Ronzoni Garden taste pasta.  It was $1.29, so $.79 after the Mega-Event.  And I had four $1 off printable coupons. AND there was a $1 off TEARPAD of coupons for it right next to the pasta in the aisle!! I couldn’t believe it!  I only took two more; I didn’t clear the shelves.  (Local people, this was at the Kroger at Woodman and Dorothy Lane.)  So anyhoo, I made 21 cents on each box of pasta. Makes me happy!

The Campbell’s Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soup was free after printable coupon & promotion, the Swanson’s broth was 49 cents, etc, etc.!  I got all my coupon match-ups from this post by Jenny at Southern Savers.  So check it out to find where to find the coupons to get these great deals!  Kudos to her for going to Kroger and finding everything that was included!

Hope you have fun Krogering this week!  Let me know what you get!

Ridiculously Awesome Robeez Deal at Diapers.com

I absolutely loooove Robeez shoes and used them with both my kiddos. Today I saw that Shannon had posted this awesome deal and I had to take advantage of it and share it with you!  I got two pair for baby Jonah for such a great price and I am pumped!

You can get TWO pair of these great leather stay-put shoes for about $25 SHIPPED from diapers.com! Here’s how:

Go to diapers.com and select the two pairs or Robeez you want for your cart.  I sorted by price to find the lowest-priced pairs; they start at about $16.99.  Then, click over to Soap.com and add a small filler item to your cart.  You need to do this to get the free shipping.  I added a small pack of Wet Ones for $1.39.

At check out, apply promo code FBROBEEZ for 50% off one of the pairs of Robeez.  Depending on what type of Robeez you ordered, your total should be around $25!  Mine was $26.34 for two pair of Robeez AND the Wet Ones!  FREE SHIPPING!  These shoes are normally $30 a pair so this is an amazing deal!  You can also try to stack my referral coupon code, JENN9409, to get an extra 15% off (if you are a NEW diapers.com customer), but I’m not sure if the codes will stack or not. Either way, it’s an amazing deal!  You can also shop thru Ebates to get cash back and a $5 bonus if you’re a new user.  So there are ways to make this deal even BETTER!! Have fun shopping, I couldn’t recommend these shoes more!
