As I mentioned previously, I am an Infantino Test Drive Mom, working with Mom Central Consulting. This means that Jonah and I get to try out some cool baby toys and review them! Unfortunately, by the time I received this Infantino Right Angle Tummy Triangle, Jonah was already a little too mobile for it. Which is a shame, because it is COOL! (You can check out the little video here to see a demo!) I wish I’d had it six months ago! I am definitely going to gift this to a lucky pregnant mom I know. Here’s what’s so cool about the Right Angle Tummy Triangle:

• It was developed with Pediatric Occupational Therapists – yay!
• It is designed to help baby enjoy tummy time. I don’t know about you, but all three of my kids HATED tummy time!   I think they would have enjoyed it a lot more if they had something like this.
• The angle uses gravity to help baby enjoy tummy time and get strong!
• It has an adjustable toy bar to keep baby entertained on his or her tummy, it great to adjust to different positions to help them reach and play differently as they get stronger
• There is a musical timer with different music that lets you know how long tummy time has lasted/when tummy time is over
• And the most PRACTICAL feature….the cloth cover is removable and machine-washable! Yay!

I am very impressed with this gadget.  Like I said, I wish Jonah could have tested it out for himself but just from checking it out I think it is an excellent idea and I look forward to giving it to my friend!

Lemme tell you something about my family. We LOVE Yo Gabba Gabba! All five of us, yes, including the Daddy AND the Baby. We love it! We love the characters, we love the songs, we love the dancey dances!! So when Memorex asked me to help them spread the word about their Yo Gabba Gabba! It’s Time to Dance! 50th birthday party, I was all “heck yes!”

Memorex’s 50th Birthday Party, featuring the gang from Yo Gabba Gabba! will be live on UStream tomorrow, Friday September 9th, at noon central. You can view the live party here, but it will also be available all week at that link!  If you view the party live, you can submit your (or your child’s) questions live and have them answered by the Yo Gabba Gabba! characters.

To celebrate at MY house, we are having a Yo Gabba Gabba! It’s Time to Dance! party for Memorex tomorrow after school.  To help us have a great time, Memorex provided us with a cake, decorations, and even this super-sweet Memorex party cube, which I will put my iPod on so that we can listen to our Yo Gabba Gabba! channel on Pandora.  I love being able to listen to DJ Lance Rock and the gang whenever the kids want to. The Memorex party cube is a great way to bring the tunes to the party!

Well friends, I am in LOVE.  In deep, passionate love. With pants.  These Lands’ End pants, to be exact:

I love them so much I am going to wear them every day for the rest of FOREVER.  When I die, I want to be buried in them.  They are just. that. GOOD! These pants right here, the Starfish Refined Stretch Pants, ladies, are the DREAM.  They are classy-looking sweats, basically.  Except they arent’ really made of “sweat” material but of a soft cotton jersey with stretch.  And they look nice.  I can wear these to preschool drop-off and not feel like a slob.  They are a stay-at-home-mom’s dream come true and every mom’s weekend love.  I had Cortney over for coffee the other morning after we had both deposited our preschoolers at their respective schools and she IMMEDIATELY was eyeing my Starfish Pants.  These pants inspire envy!  They look so great and they feel even better! I need a pair in EVERY COLOR, and they make a cropped version, I also NEEEEED one of those in every color!  With the rest of the Starfish Collection from Lands’ End, you can look REALLY put together and still be comfy.  Here’s a couple other pieces I’ve reviewed and loved:

This French Terry crew shirt is just so pretty!  It looks very dressy for a sweatshirt.  I love the roll sleeve and the fabric has a really nice sheen.  And of course it’s comfy!  I adore it.  It looks really cute layered over a longer top, too.

Then, there’s this little beauty:

Um, hellooooo gorgeous!  This 3/4 sleeve Starfish French Terry drape cardigan is the ultimate in comfort meeting style. It’s elegant and easy and comfortable and warm.  That’s right, y’all I look ELEGANT in my sweats with this baby!  I couldn’t love it any more!  I really feel I can look pulled together in clothes that are easy to throw on and care for, thanks to these awesome items from the Starfish Collection.  To look extra-fancy, I throw on this knit stripe scarf, and Voila! – I am downright puttin’ on airs. In my sweats.
