CVS Deals Matched with Competitor Coupons, July 13-19

The deals are a bit better this week, and there are a couple that go great with competitor q’s. Here we go!

Benefiber, Excedrin, Maalox, or Gas-X buy $20 get 10 ECBs
There are $2 off q’s for the Maalox, Benefiber, and Gas-X in the Walgreens ES Catalog
There are also manufacturer’s q’s out for these prodcts, however I could only find the Benefiber ones, so I am not sure if we got all of these in our area. There are $2 off printables for Excedrin Migraine here (you can print two.) I checked today, and prices for Excedrin start at $4.79, Benefiber at $6.99, Gas-X at $5.29, and Maalox at $5.99. With these coupons and the new CVS $3/$15 q, (click on view PDF)you can get a great deal on these products! CVS has also been printing CRTs for Excedrin and Gas-X. I got one for the Excedrin. Woo-hoo!

Skippy peanut butter B1G1 Free
Price is $2.89. Use two $1 off Skippy q’s from the Target printable site and get two jars for 89 cents!! That’s a GREAT deal!

Colgate toothpaste is B1G1 Free this week also. I forgot to to look at the prices today, so I will have to update later. NOT that we need more toothpaste, but this could be a great filler as there is a coupon making Colgate Total $1.99 in the Walgreens weekly ad this week (might be cheaper than the CVS price – I will let you know!) – so you have the potential to get both free PLUS overage if you use a manu q (printable here for $1.50 off Total, plus there were some in the 6/29 SmartSource). There is also the $1/1 Colgate Total q from the Target site and a $2/2 q in the Walgreens EasySaver catalog. So, depending on how MANY competitor q’s your CVS will let you use, you have the potential for overage. I think I might try using the Walgreens in-ad q with the Walgreens ES q and see if I can get $2 overage.

If you see anything I missed, leave it in the comments!! Don’t forget to check out Money Saving Mom and The Centsible Sawyer for other great CVS scenarios that DON’T involve competitor q’s – there’s free plus overage Sally Hansen nail polish to be had this week!! Have FUN!

  1. Ok, so just when I think I understand this, lol….we can use Target coupons at CVS??? Thanks for the heads up on the Skippy!

  2. I work for CVS and just want to make sure everyone knows that not all stores accept competitor’s coupons. Check with your store first to make sure before you spend time shopping and then are disappointed! 🙂 If they accept them…happy shopping!

  3. Thanks Lydia, most CVSes in my area of Dayton, OH, do take them, but everyone definitely needs to ask first, because it is not the norm!!

  4. Schick disposable razors are B1 G1@50% off. There are several manufacturer coupons out there from the past two months, including a B1G1 from the 7/13 smart source. Walgreen’s easy saver also has coupons for these this month, so that can be matched with the deal if your CVS accepts competitor coupons.
