In case you haven’t heard… It’s Election Day!!!
So even though Jenny and I are on opposite sides of the fence…
We both agree on one thing – the importance of voting. Sooooo…. whatever you do today, make sure you find the time to vote!
Mommin' It Up since 2004!

Emily and Jenny are married (not to each other) thirtyish cousins from Ohio. Between them they have five children, ages seven and under. They’ve been Mommin’ It Up since they became mothers in 2004.

I voted – waited just over an hour after getting in line around 6:45 this morning.
I did so a couple of week ago for early voting… I’m glad that I did.
I’ll be glad when it is over. I am SICK of all the mudslinging campaign ads.
VOTED already….. for Barack of course!
Our votes are in. line was not bad at all b/c we went at 8:45 since everyone has to be at work at 9
I am in a battleground state, so I am happy that the phone calls, commercials and all that mail will STOP! no matter what your party line is, we are AMERICANS first!
Weird. I always thought I liked Emily more because she’s a fun mom who likes Disney. But now….I’m siding with Jenny.
Like Courtney, I’m in a huge battleground state. Of course, if I hadn’t have moved, I’d still have been in a battleground state! So even though I had to wait 90 minutes, I knew it was way major important! I have some funny stories posted on my blog about it.
My friend Nicky and I went and didn’t have to wait in line at all – yay. (My hubby watched all the kids, lol.)
(Oh, and I’m with you Jenny.)
Great that you can discuss the differences. I have friends that feel so strongly one way or the other that I just didn’t talk to them about my decisions. Thank goodness it will all be over after tonight.
We did our civic duty. Now all I can do is hold my breath and wait!
I took the baby to vote with me today — how fun that she got to be a small part of such a momentous election! And Jenny, I’m shocked! I was sure we were compatible and would have loads of sassy fun together if we ever met… but can you have sassy fun with a republican? Hmmmm… Something to consider….
I AM just kidding, btw
(ps – Emily, you were always my favorite *s*)
