Yummy Gluten-Free Giveaway: Canyon Bakehouse

canyon bakehouse breads

Even though I’ve been gluten-free for almost a year and a half now, I am still continually challenged to find great GF products. Now that Jonah is gluten-free AND dairy-free, that challenge has gotten even more…challenging! So when Canyon Bakehouse asked if Jonah and I would like to try their gluten-free dairy-free breads, I may have responded IN ALL CAPS because I WAS SO EXCITED!!

The Canyon Bakehouse box o’goodies arrived and I tore into it…I tried the 7-grain bread and Jonah tried the Cinnamon Raisin bread (I don’t like raisins, so I picked them out – but he LOVES them.) They were both totally delicious and SOFT. Canyon Bakehouse is definitely Jonah’s favorite bread of all the kinds we’ve tried so far. He always wants seconds!

I was also really, really, excited that Canyon Bakehouse included a loaf of their Rosemary-Thyme Focaccia bread in the package. I hadn’t had any sort of specialty bread in a LONG time and it was a REAL treat. (I also LOVE Rosemary, so yay!) It is so, soooo, sooo soft and delicious. Definitely the softest, tastiest GF bread I’ve ever had. I LOVED it. Mmmmm I wish I had some more RIGHT NOW! I was sad to see that loaf go (well, not too sad, because it was in my BELLY!) I am definitely going to need more ofย this.

  1. I’d love to try the Focaccia bread. I dislike most gluten free breads I’ve tried, only a couple out there I can stand but I haven’t heard of this brand.

  2. This is my favorite brand!! Seriously, so so so much better than anything else GF out there. The Cinnamon Raisin is my favorite (it’s like crack). I’ve never tried the foccacia though, I’d love to try it!

  3. I would love to find great gluten free bread period! It all seems to have a nasty plastic type odor and flavor. To be able to eat a hamburger on a bun again would be marvelous! I’d love to try them all! Cinnamon Raisin would be a nice starter! I’ve never seen this in our Kroger. Please expand and broaden your marketing area! Being in a small town has so many disadvantages!

  4. We love love their products!!! I’m obsessed with their focaccia and 7-grain bread, but would love to try their muffins or raisin bread too. So glad a gf company has finally nailed gf bread!

  5. I have been gluten free for 2.5 years, and have basically given up on all gf bread because all the ones I’ve tried are yuck! However you review gives me hope…. the Rosemary-Thyme Focaccia bread looks divine! I’m already planning on getting one (If I don’t win) so I can dip it in olive oil with herbs, like I used to do at Italian restaurants before I was gluten free ๐Ÿ™‚ Yum!

  6. I just saw these products in the store for the first time the other day and wondered if they are any good. Lo and behold, here you are with a review and giveaway! I would LOVE to try their buns because Udi’s buns SUCK. They even literally suck the condiments into the bread into the great abyss, never to be seen again. I would like to find that place and get my money back for all the condiments I have ever put on a gf bun. Or just win some Canyon Bakehouse goodies to make up for it. That will work too.

  7. The Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia sounds awesome! So many gluten free bread products are a letdown. This looks tasty!

  8. After reading this review I am excited to find out stores in my area carry this brand!! :). I’d love to try their Cinnamon-Raisin bread, 7 Grain bread and the muffins. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. I think the cinnamon raisin or the foccaccia would be fabulous to try! I’ve never seen them in the store
