A Blast From the Past Back-to-School Giveaway!

Ladies and gent (UP), I am about to BLOW YOUR MINDS with a back-to-school giveaway. Think back, children of the 80s and 90s, what was your very favorite school supply item EVAH? Did it happen to look something like…THIS?

Rainbow Trapper Keeper

So maybe yours had kittens or puppies or a horse on it, but if you knew what was UP, you had a Trapper Keeper. And now, SO CAN YOUR KIDS!! That’s right, people…

Green Trapper Keeper 2

My friends, all of your old skool supply fantasies have come true. You can now re-live your childhood by hooking your kid up with a Trapper Keeper for school this year! And it’s snazzy re-design makes it better than ever. I don’t even know WHY I was worried about Joshua going to middle school. He will rule the halls with this thing!

Trapper Keeper 8

Aww yeah. He now has all the tools he needs to succeed in Middle School. Thanks, Trapper Keeper!

When Emily and I were at Mom 2.0 we met the Trapper Keeper crew, several of whom reside right here in Dayton, OHIO WHAAAAT!?!?! Because in case you didn’t know, Dayton is the original home of Trapper Keeper. YESSIR! And we are proud of it!

But I digress. Let me tell you why YOU, yes YOU are gonna wanna win one of these awesome new Trapper Keepers, fully loaded with accessories like the Trapper Keeper student planner, pocket folder, dividers, and 1-subject notebook.

FEAST YOUR EYES!
FEAST YOUR EYES!

My favorite feature is the Snapper Trapper reinforced holes that keep your items IN the Trapper Keeper binder but also make them a snap to remove…allow me to demonstrate:

Cool, right? The new Trapper Keeper and all its accessories is totally BOSS! And you can win one! Here’s how to enter:

All you have to do to enter is either go to TrapperKeeper.com or Trapper Keeper’s Facebook page (where they are also having some SWEET giveaways!) and look around at the all-new Trapper Keeper line, then come back here and leave me a comment telling me what your fave feature is!

For an OPTIONAL second entry, you can leave me a second, separate comment telling me what kind of Trapper Keeper you had as a kid (kittens over here, naturally!) OR if you were a deprived child and didn’t have  one, WHOSE you envied. OOOH!

One giveaway winner will be chosen on Friday August 1 at 6pm EST! Good luck and happy TRAPPIN’!!

Thanks, Mead, for providing me with a Trapper Keeper to review and the one to give away! All opinions about the Trapper Keeper are naturally, my very own.

  1. My favorite feature is the plastic strip that enables quick and easy snap-in and snap-out of your 3-ring binder.

  2. I had a Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper when I was younger. If I remember correctly, it had puppies on it.

  3. I love the Snapper Trapper – no opening and closing the rings 27,000 times in one day and no oinching of fingers!

  4. The Snapper Trapper! OMG! I LIVED for my Trapper Keepers when I was in school. Lisa Frank was my fav!

  5. My very FIRST Trapper Keeper was the blue one with the hearts in your first pic. I was so bummed when it split down the sides! ha ha! <3 TK!

  6. I had one growing up but I can’t remember at all what was on it. How sad I don’t remember!! I am going to assume rainbows 😉

  7. Love the planners, a choice between medium & large. I like the calendar style with the notes on the side.

  8. Mine was burgundy with a picture of a puppy on it. I loved that it had that slidy thing to make the rings open and close. Man I miss that thing!

  9. My favorite feature is still the same – that flap that keeps everything closed and in one place!

  10. Soo cool and fun! 🙂 I like the Snapper Trapper that helps keep down the amount of times you have to open up the binder rings, and I also like vertical pockets and the customization you can do!

  11. I should say that my daughter would love the purple one but after looking I’m thinking I want the purple one and the dividers to come up with a snazzy new coupon book. I have to admit though that it doesn’t “feel” like a real trapper keeper without a cool graphic on the cover.
