1) I cannot sleep without my super-loud roaring white noise machine. I take it with me where ever I travel! If it doesn’t go, I don’t go.

2) I love to have my hair played with. (But not by Sophie, who likes to jerk it out from the root.) On vacation I let Krisha and Kierstin put my hair in a million braids (it was HOTT) just because it felt sooo gooood.

3) I hate clipping my toenails. Hate Hate Hate IT!

4) I hate wearing shorts. Ick.

5) When I get a headache, the only thing that helps it is aspirin – so I take something with aspirin like Excedrin. Advil and Tylenol just don’t help my headaches though I do take them for other aches and pains. (Of course I haven’t been taking much aspirin since I am stteeeeiiilllllll nursing Sophie.)

6) I like wheat bread, but I only like grilled cheese sandwiches on white bread. I will eat it on wheat only if desperate.

Ok, I’ve just depressed myself with how boring I am. But…there you have it! Try not to be too fascinated! Did you see anything we have in common? I’m not going to tag anyone, but feel free to grab this and play along if it strikes your fancy!

1. I am 13.5 months old and have NO teeth. Although my top front two are really close, so who knows, maybe I’ll pop ‘em through this week. In the meantime, my teeth and I are having fun keeping Mommy guessing.

2. My favorite movie is Moe and the Big Exit from Veggie Tales. When it is on I will stare at the TV enraptured for the whole hour! Not that my mom lets me watch TV or anything. I mean, as I mentioned, I am only 13.5 months old. That’s crazy! Ahem….

3. I love to nurse and even though my Mommy is trying to wean me, I think I will nurse until at least 1st grade.

4. I love to play with my hair, especially when I am sleepy.

5. I hate sitting in a shopping cart. I would much rather stand in the seat part, backwards, especially if my brother is in the big part of the cart. I have yet to meet a cart seat belt I couldn’t get past!

6. My mommy may have told you that I am training to be an Olympic diver or gymnast. Well, last week I dove into the tub when there was NO water in it. It wasn’t as much fun as when there was water.

7. When I was seven months old, I did a photo shoot for the Evenflo Snugli. I was fairly sure I was gonna be famous, but we have yet to see the pictures appear on anything. Still one day I am hoping to see my mug on the Snugli box!

8. I hate laying still to have my diaper changed or my clothes put on! I don’t know why my mommy trys to make me do tha tall the time. It is a major buzzkill!

1) I am a history nerd and I have a lot of books about the history of Dayton, Ohio.

4) I am very klutzy. Example: I stabbed myself in the arm with an exacto knife while working on our senior class float in high school. A classmate drove me to urgent care and I had to get stitches. I try not to play with knives anymore!

5) I was seriously really sad when Jessica and Nick broke up, ’cause I’m all for young love, and divorce is just sad.

6) I really, really don’t miss working “outside the home.”

7) I wear Lands’ End Trellos about 98% of the time and am really sad that winter is coming and I’m gonna have to find some warm, comfy shoes. (Anyone got any suggestions?)

Jill at The Diaper Diaries tagged me for my very first meme. Well, actually she tagged “us” – but I’m going to do the meme and tag Emily so she can’t get out of it just because I did it. Ha! Here are 8 things about my marriage.

1) I met my husband in the 6th grade. He was the new kid at school. We got to be good friends in 7th grade, and then were boyfriend and girlfriend in 8th grade, for a whole year. He broke up with me and broke my little heart in 9th grade, but somehow, we remained best friends and got back together our senior year in high school.
2) We got engaged at a coffee shop that is now closed. The restaurant we ate dinner at that night is also closed, as is the restaurant we had our rehearsal dinner at. So…the marriage fortunately has had a lot more longevity!
3) After Bobby asked me to marry him, I cried uncontrollably for 45 minutes. They were tears of joy, I swear. They were just very unstoppable.
4) We got married on March 25th, 2000. It was a big wedding but a short one. The ceremony was only 8 minutes long. Even though we had a rehearsal, we were all somehow surprised by this!
5) We honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was the most fun, relaxing week of my life!
6) I am very silly and Bobby is very reserved. Consequently, I embarrass him a lot in public, but he is just as silly as I am at home.
7) We have a nickname for each other: “Rarry.” It’s something his nephew used to say when he was a toddler.
8)My mom wanted me to marry Bobby, and in high school when we were broken up she was always trying to get me to go back out with him. Touche, Mom!
